The project from Torkian Construction, built on the site of a 110-year-old home that was relocated, consists of a five-story building featuring 24 studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments above a two-level, 26-car subterranean parking garage.

Listed rents for the property range from $2,594 to $4,895 per month.

Plus Architects designed Vista, which has an exterior of stucco and fiber cement panels which closely resembles the building presented in conceptual renderings. Open spaces include a rooftop deck and a central courtyard.
