Across the street from Magic Johnson Park in Willowbrook, construction is complete for the Hope on Avalon permanent supportive housing complex.

The project from Hope Street Development Group - a joint venture partnership between Aedis Real Estate Group and LSA Capital - is a modular structure which features 89 homes, ranging from 320 to 480 square feet in size, which serve as both permanent supportive housing and traditional affordable housing. Parking for 12 vehicles is also located at street level, and amenities and supportive services are provided within.
