A leasing website for the property advertises a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments Listed rents range from as low as $3,164 per month to roughly $5,400 per month.

Gruen Associates designed Opus, which features a 22-story tower along the southerly property line facing Wilshire, a 14-story tower along 6th Street to the north, and an above-grade garage along Ardmore Avenue between the two buildings.

Project amenities include rooftop decks, a dog park, fitness centers, a club room, co-working spaces, a game room, a private screening room, and an indoor golf range.

Plans for the site at 3545 Wilshire have gone through several evolutions in the past decade. Initially envisioned as a podium-type apartment complex, Jamison later proposed a 32-story tower facing Wilshire. However, after a feasibility found that a lower-scaled tower would shorten the project's construction timeline and reduce its budget by approximately 20 percent, prompting the change to the current project.

Opus is the latest in a long line of Koreatown developments from Jamison Services, including an adaptive reuse project across the street and more than a dozen proposed and under construction ground-up buildings.
