Construction is complete for 921 Venice Boulevard, a small office building in the Pico Union district.

The four-story edifice, located just west of the Harbor Freeway, features slightly over 20,000 square feet of rentable space.  The finished product closely resembles the nondescript white-and-red building portrayed by architectural renderings.

Completion is also imminent for a medical office building located just south at the corner of Washington Boulevard and Hoover Street.
