Champion Real Estate Company has completed construction for Victory on 30th, a new apartment complex near the USC campus.

The project, located at the northeast corner of Vermont Avenue and 30th Street, consists of a four-story edifice that features 24 two-bedroom apartments - all of which are between 849 and 968 square feet in size - and residential amenities such as a common roof deck.
