In Warner Center, developer Evolution Strategic Partners is putting the finishing touches on a multifamily residential building just east of the G Line busway's Canoga Station.
Vert at Warner Center, located on a mid-block site at 6606 N. Variel Avenue, consists of a six-story building featuring 271 studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments above parking for 309 vehicles.
According to a leasing website for the property, rents at Vert will range from as low as $1,850 per month for a studio unit to as high as $3,995 per month for a three-bedroom dwelling.
Urban Architecture Lab designed the podium type complex, which is clad in a mix of cement plaster and metal siding. On-site amenities include a swimming pool, a fitness center, and multiple roof decks. Additionally, a street-level setback has been used to create a new landscaped plaza.
The apartment complex is the latest in a series of large developments near Metro's Canoga Station, including an adjacent 394-unit complex from Hanover Company and a 275-unit project from Fairfield Residential that recently began work.
