Construction is complete for Empire at Norton, a new multifamily residential development from Los Angeles-based Empire Property Group. 

The five-story building, located at 8017 Norton Avenue in West Hollywood, consists of 34 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments atop a parking garage.  Common amenities include a fitness center, a rooftop terrace, and a pool.

The podium-type building, which was designed by Levin-Morris Architects, features an exterior of stone and stucco accented by wood panels.  The finished product closely resembles conceptual renderings presented during construction.

Rents at the North development start at $4,200 per month.

Empire has built a handful of similar developments in West Hollywood and Beverly Hills, and recently received approvals to construct another five-story, 34-unit development at the corner of Fairfax and Romaine Avenues.
