Nine months after we last dropped in, construction has reached the fourth and final floor at Frost/Chaddock's new development in Victor Heights.

Upon completion, the low-rise building at 957 N. Figueroa Terrace will feature 28 residential units and a parking garage.  One unit will be reserved for a disabled person earning at or below 50 percent of the Los Angeles area median income.

Reed Architectural Group is designing the Figueroa Terrace development, which features two levels of wood-frame construction above a two-level concrete podium.  Renderings depict a contemporary look for the finished product.

Frost/Chaddock's other under-construction developments include a 96-unit apartment complex in Toluca Lake and an 88-unit building in Larchmont.  The developer is also pursuing the long-stymied Sunset Junction development, which would bring three buildings containing rental housing, retail, and a hotel to Silver Lake.
