After more than two years of construction, Wiseman Residential is putting the finishing touches on a mixed-use development in Hollywood.

The project, located at the southeast corner of Sunset Boulevard and Detroit Street, consists of a five-story building featuring 60 apartments - with seven reserved as deed-restricted affordable housing - atop 3,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space and  a 125-car garage. 

Uriu & Associates, which frequently works with Wiseman, designed the podium-type building to include a central courtyard, a rooftop deck, and an exterior of smooth trowel stucco.

The project is on pace for completion this year.

Wiseman has numerous similar projects in development in the City of Los Angeles, including mixed-use buildings in Sawtelle, Mid-Wilshire, and Venice.
