Exterior work is now wrapping up for the Romaine, a new office building in the Hollywood Media District.

Located at 7007 Romaine Street, the six-story building will feature just over 60,000 square feet of rentable space and an above-grade parking garage.

Architecture firm Shubin Donaldson designed the low-rise structure, which is wrapped with larger windows and recessed balconies.

A similar development is now under construction directly across the street.
