Santa Ana's $650M Row at Red Hill on track for completion in 2025

With its 2025 completion date now on the horizon, Greystar has announced that leasing is underway for its largest development ever: the Row at Red Hill, a sprawling mixed-use development on the border between Santa Ana and Tustin.

Located on 14.5 acres of land at 2300 S. Red Hill Avenue in Santa Ana, the project will include 1,100 rental apartments, as well as 40,000 square feet of commercial space and four separate parking structures.

A project website describes a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom dwellings. Monthly rents will range from $2,810 to $4,600, according to a news release from Greystar.

“The Row at Red Hill is the largest development ever built by Greystar, and is a transformative and dynamic addition to the central Orange County region," said Greystar director of development Raul Tamez. “Both walkable and self-contained, this exciting new community is poised to set a new standard of modern living in the region – complete with the most current amenities, modern design and easy access to job centers and urban conveniences.”

AO is designing the mixed-use complex, which will include five-story structured capped with amenity decks. A landing page on the firm's website describes a large central public plaza, as well smaller courtyards, pedestrian pathways, and promenades.

Project amenities include a two-story , approximately 20,000-square-foot fitness center, $1.2 million in public art, pools, EV charging stations, co-working areas, a dog park, an outdoor kitchen, a conference room, and multiple club rooms.

The apartments include wood-style flooring, in-unit washers and dryers, and other appliances.

The site is located across the street from the former Marine Air Corps Station in Tustin, portions of which have been redeveloped as an a sprawling office campus.
