Eight months after breaking ground, framing is taking shape for a $33-million senior housing complex in Arcadia.
The Ivy Arcadia, which is being developed by O&I and Oakmont Management Group, consists of a three-story building that will feature 100 assisted living and memory care apartments located at 1150 West Colorado Boulevard. Plans call for a mix of studio, one-, and two-bedroom floor plans, with some affordable units to be provided in exchange for density bonus incentives approved by the City of Arcadia.
The design team for the Ivy includes b.hills architecture and STUDIOSIX5.
The project, formerly improved with a restaurant, is to also include a fitness center, communal spaces, outdoor areas, and parking for 70 vehicles.
R.D. Olson Construction announced a Fall 2027 completion date at the time of the project's January groundbreaking.
