At its meeting next week, the Los Angeles Central Area Planning Commission will consider a proposal from Dream City Funding, Inc. to construct a new condominium complex in Koreatown.
The proposed development, slated for the northeast corner of 11th Street and Oxford Avenue, would replace a single-family home, a duplex, and a fourplex with a seven-story building featuring 49 dwelling units and a 105-car garage.
KSK Design, Inc. is attached to the project, which is portrayed as a mid-rise stucco building lined with rail balconies.
The Planning Department's staff report recommends that the Commission grant approval to the 11th and Oxford development.
