In Huntington Beach, the concrete podium of a new mixed-use project from C3 Development is complete at 414 Main Street.
The building, called ShoreHouse, consists of a four-story podium-type building that will feature 20 condominiums on its upper floors and 5,000 square feet of ground-floor retail below.
JZMK Partners is designing the project, per a representative of the firm.
"This Huntington Beach infill site is located at the heart of downtown, where Main Street bends, connecting the Civic Core to the Pier District," reads a narrative from the JZMK website. "An iconic architectural element, a geometric abstraction of a wave, highlights a rooftop deck that offers a unique view right down Main Street and the pier. High quality materials such as board formed concrete and composite wood cladding reflect the city’s heritage."
ShoreHouse, according to a sales website, will offer eight different one- and two-bedroom floor plans, ranging from 1,196 to 1,941 square feet in size. Sales prices for the property start at $1.38 million and run as high as $2.78 million.
Completion of ShoreHouse is expected in 2023.
