G3 Urban, a local real estate development firm with a proclivity for new projects in Gardena, has yet another project in the works.
The company's latest project, named Normandie Place, will rise from a .89-acre site at 15275 Normandie Avenue which was until recently used to store RVs. Approved plans call for the construction of 30 townhomes in a mix of studio, one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom floor plans.
According to the website of Borstein Enterprises, which is financing the project, Normandie Place will include 27 market rate units and 3 affordable units.

G3 Urban's other under-construction projects include two townhome complexes now taking shape on Rosecrans Avenue.
