A 1930s single-family home in Westwood is set to give way to apartments, according to a new application to the Los Angeles Department of City Planning.
The project, slated for a property located at 10621 Wilkins Avenue, comes from property owner Ishagh Djavaheri. Plans call for the construction of a new three-story structure featuring six three-bedroom apartments above parking for 14 vehicles.
AFCO Design is the architect attached to the project, which is shown in plans as a contemporary low-rise structure with a rear yard.
The proposed project is subject to a design review board hearing, according to the filing.
