Greystar Real Estate Partners' slow-moving Hudson East development continues to make incremental progress in Pasadena.
Located at the southwest corner of Walnut Street and Hudson Avenue, the three-to-five-story building will feature 91 studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments above ground-floor retail space.
The contemporary low-rise building is designed by architecture firm Togawa Smith Martin, and will be centered around a ground-level courtyard.
A first phase of the development, featuring 82 units, opened last year at Walnut and El Molino Avenue.
