FMB Development broke ground in late September on a small multifamily residential building at 1013 Genesee Avenue in West Hollywood

The four-story edifice - designed by architect Dean Larkin - will feature seven condominiums with private garages and balconies.

The 1013 Genesee development is being designed by artwork by Elena Manferdini, who described the piece as "a silent protagonist for the design of the front facade of the building...[using]a tree as a point of departure."

FMB is also building townhomes in West Hollywood on a corner lot at Romaine Street and Ogden Drive.
