According to an agenda item from this week's meeting of the Central Los Angeles Area Planning Commission, applicant Yu Duan of USA Rongchen Development intends to construct a three-story, six-unit development with subterranean parking at 4718 W. Franklin Avenue.

Planning staff have recommending that the Commission grant approval to the project.
