A small condo development is nearing completion near the intersection of Santa Monica and La Brea in West Hollywood.
The project, located at 1148 N. Detroit Street, consists of a four-story building that contains seven residential units and a 13-car garage. Plans call for a mix of one- and two-bedroom dwellings, including one unit of affordable housing.
Vanos Architects designed the building, which creates outdoor decks through a series of upper floor setbacks.
The project is being developed by Pasadena-based HC Exchange Group, Ltd. Crescenta Valley Engineering, Inc. is serving as general contractor.
