A property located to blocks west of La Cienega Boulevard in Hollywood is set for redevelopment with small lot homes, per a recent application to the L.A. Department of City Planning.
The project at 855 N. Orlando Avenue, which comes from applicant 855 N Orlando, LLC, calls for the construction of six single-family dwellings as well as six accessory dwelling units, making for 12 total homes.
The primary residences would range between 1,325 and 1,475 square feet in size, while the proposed ADUs would be smaller units located on the ground floor of each dwelling.
Next Architecture is designing the stucco-clad three-story homes, according to plans included with the filing.
The project site is located one block southeast of a property at 925 N. Croft Avenue, where a larger 33-unit multifamily residential complex is in the works.
