Earlier this week, Santa Clarita-based developer Williams Homes broke ground on 24 on Centre, a new small lot subdivision in San Pedro.

The project, planned for a vacant 33,000-square-foot site at 8th and Centre Streets, will consist of 24 single family residences, each of which will feature a rooftop deck and a parking garage.

Renderings of the development, which was designed by KTGY Architecture + Planning, portray a collection of contemporary three-story buildings, located along a central driveway.
