A new collection of small lot homes is planned in Del Rey, according to an April presentation to the Del Rey Neighborhood Council's Land Use & Planning Committee.

The proposed development would create eight four-story townhomes at 4910-4918 Centinela Avenue, replacing an existing duplex.

The houses, designed by PaysonDenney Architects, would each feature three bedrooms and two bathrooms, in addition to common spaces and a rooftop deck.

Existing details about the project are currently unclear.
