Construction is beginning for a new set of small lot homes in the Tujunga Village area of Studio City.

The project, which comes from WJK development, features eight for-sale houses at 4423-4431 Tujunga Avenue, each standing four stories with 2,100-to-2,300-square-foot floor plans and rooftop decks.

Each house is designed by architect Tracy A. Stone.

At completion, sales prices will run between $1.4 and $1.5 million.
