Completion is nearing for a set of small lot homes in Mar Vista, replacing a single family residence.

The project, located at Washington Place and Marcasel Avenue, has yielded four houses, each standing three stories in height.  City records show that each home will feature a two-car garage and a rooftop deck.

A similar collection of small lot houses was completed a short distance east along Washington Place in 2014.
