The cladding is up and the tarp is down at 3008 Santa Monica, revealed a new mixed-use apartment complex.
Located at the southeast corner of Santa Monica Boulevard and Stanford Avenue, the three-story building 26 residential units above 3,450 square feet of ground-floor retail space and 64 parking spaces on two basement levels.
According to a leasing website, 3008 Santa Monica offers a mix of lofts, studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, priced between $2,595 and $4,500 per month.
The low-rise structure, designed by DFH Architects, features amenities including private balconies and in-unit washer-dryer sets.
The apartment, which are owned by the Albinas & Vita Markevicius Trust, are expected to be available for rent in early 2019.
