A 1960s gas station in Glendale may give way for a new hotel, per a filling last month with the City of Glendale.

The project site, a half-acre property at 1633 Victory Boulevard, is slated for the construction of a three-story, 37,858-square-foot building above two levels of underground parking for 65 vehicles.  The filing does not state how many guest rooms are planned.
