Developer City Ventures, Inc. will join with Long Beach elected officials on Wednesday May 24 to break ground on the Huxton, one of the first single-family housing communities to be built in the Downtown neighborhood in nearly ten years.

The project, located at 227 Elm Avenue, will consist of 40 townhomes, a community room, outdoor courtyards and a pedestrian paseo. It will over unique floor plans ranging from 1,240 square feet to 1,900 square feet, as well as dedicated resident and guest parking.

Unit prices are expected to start in the upper $400,000s.
