Construction is complete for 1345 Havenhurst, a new development of townhomes just south of the Sunset Strip.

The project, which consists of 16 multi-story homes, is set against the backdrop of the Hollywood Hills.  Each unit features a unique floor plan, as well as a rooftop deck with panoramic views of the Los Angeles basin.  According to a release by the Agency, which is marketing the project, view corridors from the houses will be preserved due to a three-story height limit on the surrounding properties and an adjacent public park.

The City of West Hollywood has given 1345 Havenhurst official Green Building certification.

Asking prices for the townhomes range between $1.5 million and $2 million.
