Exterior work is now underway at the Terrace, a collection of 45 townhomes in the Victor Heights neighborhood of Downtown Los Angeles.

The series of three-story buildings are located at 1015-1035 Figueroa Terrace, a prominent location overlooking Echo Park and Chinatown.  Each home will offer 1,700-square foot floor plans with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, according to the project's official website.

Sales prices will start in the mid-$700,000s.
