The Alamitos
The six-story building at 1st Street and Alamitos Avenue began heavy construction last month. The completed project will feature 136 studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments - ranging between 660 square feet and 1,620 square feet - above 2,500 square feet of ground-floor retail space.
Completion is expected in early 2019.
The Pacific
The Pacific, located at 3rd Street and Pacific Avenue, will consist of a seven-story building feature 163 residential units. Plans call for townhouses along its ground floor, as well as studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments, of which 17 will be set aside for moderate income residents.
Construction is expected to begin next month and finish by summer 2019.
The Linden
The Linden, which was first revealed in April, is slated for the corner of 4th Street and Linden Avenue. Plans call for 49 one- and two-bedroom apartments - ranging between 700 square feet and 1,570 square feet - above 2,500 square feet of ground-floor commercial space.
Construction begins this month and is expected to wrap up in early 2019.
