The three-year overhaul of Los Angeles State Historic Park finally came to a close this weekend, with a grand opening ceremony featuring Governor Jerry Brown, Mayor Eric Garcetti and various other state and local elected officials.
The $20-million project was built out over three years, and now represents the original vision for 32-acre expanse that was envisioned as a Central Park for Downtown Los Angeles.
