Nine months after our last visit, exterior finishes are taking shape at a new Hollywood apartment complex from developer Holland Partner Group near the intersection of Sunset Boulevard and Western Avenue.
Ardence & Bloom, located on an L-shaped property located at 5620 De Longpre Avenue, consists of an eight-story building which will feature 185 studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments above a three-level, 294-car parking garage.

AC Martin is designing the podium-type building, which has a stucco exterior, and will include common amenities such as a courtyard, a fitness center, a swimming pool, and a rooftop deck.
Not included in the footprint of the new apartment complex, though its development rights were used for its construction, is a small theater located to the south along St. Andrews Place. The one-story building, which has previously been used to host live events, is being retained.

Completion of Ardence & Bloom is expected in Spring 2023, per a landing page on the Holland Partner Group website.
Holland Partner Group also developing large mixed-use buildings elsewhere in Los Angeles, including Hallasan, a 38-story apartment tower now rising near the Wilshire/Vermont subway station in Koreatown, and upcoming projects in Echo Park, Mid-Wilshire, and San Pedro.
