Townhomes will rise from a pair of empty properties in the east Los Angeles County suburb of Walnut.
Las Colinas, a project from Madrid Builders, will rise from properties located at 788 and 808 Francesca Drive. Plans call for a total of 49 townhomes, in a mix of three- and four-bedroom floor plans ranging from 1,475 to 2,365 square feet in size.
Renderings depict Las Colinas as a series of two-story houses designed in the Spanish Colonial style. Some of the units will include private rear yards.
The sales effort for the houses is expected to launch in August. Pricing is expected to range from the low $700,00s to the low $900,000s.
Madrid Builders, which is based in San Marino, has previously specialized in custom homes. Las Colinas is the company's first for-sale development.
