Coworking company spaces has signed a nearly 70,000-square-foot lease at the Water Garden in Santa Monica, reports the L.A. Business Journal.
Spaces is expected to take up occupancy in the fourth quarter of this year. The lease is for 10 years.
The coworking company has more than a half-dozen locations in Los Angeles County, with outposts in Downtown, Hollywood and Culver City. The Water Garden location will be its second in Santa Monica.
In Pasadena, the Real Deal reports that Spaces has inked another lease at Pasadena's Playhouse Plaza. The 11-year lease will be for 49,000 square feet.
Separately, real estate brokerage Compass leased 22,250 square feet at Playhouse Plaza - expanding upon its existing 12,000-square-foot office.
