This Wednesday, April 13th from 7:15 am to 12:00 pm, The Urban Land Institute (ULI) Los Angeles will hold its annual Urban Marketplace event at the Reef complex in Downtown Los Angeles.
The yearly event brings together developers, elected officials and senior city staff to develop strategies for bringing investment and economic development to Los Angeles' most impoverished neighborhoods.
