Earlier this month, Lincoln Property Company announced that Verve Talent & Literary Agency is relocating its global headquarters to BA/SE, an office complex located at 959 Seward Street in the Hollywood Media District.

Verve will occupy 53,000 square feet of space in the campus, which was developed by J.H Snyder Co. and purchased by Lincoln Property Company, which has since added a food and beverage kiosk, new outdoor patios, and other amenities.

Verve was represented by CBRE vice chairman Jeff Pion, while BA/SE was represented by Kent Handleman and Douglas Brown of Lincoln Property Company.
