“We are delighted that our valued tenant InvestCloud is thriving and growing fast,” said Marc Horowitz of Cohen Brothers Realty Corporation in a statement. “The company’s decision to further expand its presence in the PDC Green Building promises that InvestCloud will continue to contribute to the PDC’s lively, creative tenant mix for the foreseeable future."
Other companies that have recently expanded at the Pacific Design Center include Cedars-Sinai Health System and marketing communications firm Digital Brand Architects.
The Real Deal reports that two companies have signed deals to relocate their corporate headquarters to former industrial buildings near Metro's Expo/Crenshaw Station.
Luxury consignment brand TheRealReal has leased 30,000 square feet of space at 3317-3325 Exposition Place, a mid-century industrial building located a short distance east of the station.
The building was converted to offices by Lion Real Estate and the Borman Group.
On the north side of the rail line at 3101 Exposition Boulevard, a former Unified Grocers facility will become the new headquarters of restaurant chain Sweetgreen, which is relocating from Culver City.
The 50,000-square-foot building is being developed by the Luzzatto Company and designed by Michael Maltzan Architecture.
