Co-working company WeWork has signed a lease for 50,000 square feet of space at the Redstone building in Newport Beach, announced landlord LPC West in late September.
“WeWork is the unquestioned industry leader in the fast-growing co-working market, and Lincoln Property Company is proud to be deepening our relationship with this premier brand,” said Lincoln Property Company Executive Vice President Clay Duvall in a news release. “WeWork and Lincoln are both committed to quality, innovation and creativity. We look forward to continuing to grow together.”
The new co-working space is expected to open in January.
Redstone is located at the intersection of MacArthur Boulevard and Von Karman Avenue.
In West Hollywood, the Los Angeles Business Journal reports that CIM Group has signed Ticketmaster to a lease at the Courtyard building, which is now under construction at The Lot Studios.
Ticketmaster is set to occupy the entire 97,742-square-foot building, which is on pace to open in February 2020.
Architecture and firm Bergmeyer announced in September that it has expanded to the West Coast, opening a new office in Downtown Los Angeles.
The Boston-based company - which also handles interiors, graphics, and brand strategy design - is located out of a mid-rise building at 800 S. Figueroa Street in the Financial District.
