In San Pedro, the metal structures of the $170-million West Harbor complex continues to take shape on the former site of the Ports O' Call Village.
The project, a joint venture between the Ratkovich Company and Jerico Development, will eventually include more than 350,000 square feet of shops and restaurants on a 42-acre site along the L.A. waterfront.
Per the West Harbor website tenants, future tenants include:
- Mike Hess Brewery
- Yamashiro
- King and Queen Cantina
- Hopscotch Immersive Art
- Poppy + Rose
- Harbor Breeze Cruises
- Pitfire Pizza
- The Win-dow Burgers
- Jay Bird’s Chicken
- Olala Crepes
- Marufuku Ramen
- Bark Social
- The Baked Bear
- Mario's Butcher Shop
- LA Maritime Institute
The full project, which is on track for completion in 2025, is also slated to include a roughly 6,200-seat amphitheater which will be operated by the Nederlander Organization.
The project's design team include Rapt Studio, James Corner Field Operations, and Studio One Eleven
In a complementary effort, Port of Los Angeles officials broke ground earlier this year on the second and final phase of a new waterfront promenade, which will eventually stretch one mile through the West Harbor complex and connect to other attractions at the port.
