After nearly two years of construction, developer UDR, Inc.'s new tower on the Miracle Mile is now beginning to resemble renderings by Steinberg Architects.

The 18-story building at 6250 Wilshire Boulevard will feature 158 apartments seated atop nearly 7,000 square feet of retail space and 423 parking spaces.  Other features within the development include a fitness center, a swimming pool and a rooftop garden.

The project also calls for transforming a narrow strip of land along Crescent Heights Boulevard into a neighborhood pocket park.

UDR and Steinberg also collaborated on a similar 18-story tower in Koreatown.
