ROM Investments has completed the wooden frames of a new development small lot homes in Hollywood's Franklin Village neighborhood.
Located at 1826 Canyon Drive, the project consists of five single-family dwellings, each of which will include two bedrooms, rooftop decks, and two-car garages.
The LOHA-designed houses each stand three stories in height, and use titled exterior walls to create a unique profile that allows for natural ventilation and lighting. Plans call for an exterior of aluminum slats and polycarbonate, with exposed wooden beams on the interior.
ROM Investments is planning several similar small lot subdivisions in the Los Angeles area.
