After a year-and-a-half of construction, the wrapping has come down at the Micropolitan at Fairfax Village.

The five-story building, located at 639 N. Fairfax Avenue, is being developed by Micropolitan, a development arm of the engineering firm Psomas.  At completion, it will offer 63 rental apartments - including six units set aside for very-low-income households.

The podium-type building was designed by KFA Architecture.

The Fairfax development is the fourth Micropolitan apartment building, following earlier projects located in North Hollywood and Larchmont Village.
