Developer Mack Urban has completed the $144-million WREN development in Downtown Los Angeles, and new collection of apartments that is now leasing.
The pair of seven-story buildings, located on Pico Boulevard between Olive and HIll Streets, features 362 apartments in addition to 4,000 square feet of ground-floor restaurant space and a private outdoor park. The project offers a mixture of traditional one-, two- and three-bedroom dwellings, as well as studios and lofts, with floor plans between 487 and 1,098 square feet.
Each apartments comes equipped with high-quality finishes and features, including wood-laminate flooring, European-styled cabinetry, stacked washer-dryer sets and gas stoves. Additionally, residents have access to numerous amenities - including concierge and dry-cleaning service - and communal amenities such as a swimming pool, multiple roof decks and a private fitness center.
Rental rates at WREN range betwee $1,850 and $6,200 per month. More information is available at the project's official website.
Mack Urban developed the project through a joint venture with AECOM Capital. WREN is the first component of a larger mixed-use village that will eventually incorporate 1,900 residential units in multiple buildings. Mack Urban and AECOM Capital are already in the midst of construction of the second phase of the development: a 37-story tower located one block north.
