Rental rates at WREN range betwee $1,850 and $6,200 per month.  More information is available at the project's official website.

Mack Urban developed the project through a joint venture with AECOM Capital.  WREN is the first component of a larger mixed-use village that will eventually incorporate 1,900 residential units in multiple buildings.  Mack Urban and AECOM Capital are already in the midst of construction of the second phase of the development: a 37-story tower located one block north.
