After a year-and-a-half of construction,Orange County-based real estate firm Olson Homes' Azalea Walk development is starting to take shape at the former site of Lloyd's Nursery in Gardena.
Located at 1335 W. 141st Street, the finished project will consist of 50 two- and three-bedroom townhomes up to 1,743 square feet in size. Each unit will feature two-car tandem parking garage at street level, as well as private decks and patios.
KTGY is designing Azalea Walk, which which will consist of six different three-story structures surrounding a large central green space.
A sales website advertises prices as ranging from as low as $635,000 to nearly $800,000.
The project follows a recent series of new townhome projects in Gardena that have replaced industrial facilities in nurseries, including developments from G3 Urban, Melia Homes, and KB Home.
Olson Homes, which is headquartered in Seal Beach, has recently developed similar townhome projects in Jefferson Park and West Carson.
