Just east of the Silver Lake Reservoir, a local real estate investor has cleared a pair of small residential buildings for the construction of a larger multifamily apartment complex.

The property owner and applicant, listed as Yosef Simsoly through 2326-2330 Glendale Ave, LLC, is developing a new four-story building at the address for which the entity is named. Plans call for a total of 18 residential units above a single level of subterranean parking.
LOHA is designing 2330 Glendale, which is shown in a rendering as a contemporary low-rise structure, similar to other recent projects from the firm. The building would have an offset footprint above its second floor, leaving space for an outdoor deck and a rooftop amenity space.
A construction permit for the apartment complex was issued in July 2022.

The Silver Lake project is not the first time that Simsoly and LOHA have worked together. The developer and architect are also behind a 23-unit, cantilevering apartment building now taking shape on La Cienega Boulevard in West Hollywood.
