One year after our last update, developer G3 Urban is building out the final homes of the Walnut Place project in Gardena.
The project, which sits on a roughly 2.5-acre property at 2500 Rosecrans Avenue, just west of Van Ness Avenue. The completed development will include a total of 52 townhomes, inclusive of three live/work units facing Rosecrans.
The townhomes come in a mix of two-, three-, and four-bedroom floor plans, ranging between 1,369 and 2,012 square feet in size, according to a project website.
G3 Urban has already built two similar projects on nearby sites along the Rosecrans corridor - Gardena Place and Rosecrans Place - which feature a combined total of 153 townhomes. Elsewhere in Gardena, the broke ground on 30 townhomes at a site on Normandie Avenue.
Outside of Gardena, G3 is developing an even larger housing complex just west of Pioneer Boulevard in Artesia.
