Just northeast of the Cal State University, Dominguez Hills campus in Carson, framing continues to rise for a new for-sale housing complex from developer Brandywine Homes.

Carson Landing, a gated community now taking shape at the northeast corner of Central Avenue and Victoria Street, will eventually feature a total of 175 residential units, including 95 three-story row homes and 80 three-story stacked flat units. Plans also call for a recreation center, a dog park, and a linear park.

Plans approved by the City of Carson will permit a mix of two- and three-bedroom dwellings, as well as parking for 417 vehicles.

A project website list sales prices starting in the $700,000s. When we last reported on the project in September 2022, sales prices were advertised as starting in the $600,000s.

The project sits a short walk east from Uptown, a 37-unit townhome complex which was also built by Brandywine.
