Near the intersection of Adams Boulevard and Hoover Street in University Park, building permits indicate that work has commenced for a new multifamily residential building at 2620 S. Monmouth Avenue.

The project, which replaces a single-story building a few blocks north of the USC campus, calls for the construction of a three-story edifice featuring 10 apartments and parking for 37 vehicles. The apartments are all to be built with multi-level, three-bedroom floor plans.
