The project, under construction since last year at 1430 Lincoln Boulevard, will consist of a five-story building featuring 97 studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments when completed. Plans also call for approximately 5,900 square feet of ground-floor retail space and a four-level, 295-car subterranean parking garage.

The project is one of four now being built in Downtown Santa Monica by Tishman Speyer, which aquired eight entitled properties from WS Communities in a deal announced in early 2022.

Outside of Santa Monica, Tishman Speyer has acquired an empty property near the La Cienega/Jefferson Metro station in Baldwin Hills. Current plans for the site are unclear, although it was previously slated to serve as a headquarters campus for the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf.
